At the age of 14 years, Towers’s broadcasting career started at WJRZ in Toms Rivers, New Jersey. At the age of 18, he landed a full-time radio show in Atlantic City at WAYV and then at Boss 97. He left Jersey shortly after he turned 20 years old, additionally, he became one of the youngest Program Directors in America at WMAX in Grand Rapids. Furthermore, he assisted in the launching of 93.1 WDRQ in Detroit.
