Joining television is a dream come true as she grew up watching as a kid. She was born and raised in Puyallup and enjoys calling Western Washington home. Jung served as a reporter and anchor in Las Vegas prior to joining KING 5, where she survived the heat, and Syracuse, New York, where Jung survived the worst winters of his life.
She loves telling stories and can’t live without coffee not forgetting Jung is a morning person. The interesting thing about her job is being the first to inform our community of the news to help them get their day started while consuming an endless amount of caffeine.

It all started on November 25, 1948, when “Channel 5” aired a high school football game, becoming the first television station in the Pacific Northwest.
